Managing your Pimbee membership is simple. Everything you need is available through your user menu.
Where to manage your subscription
Click the user menu at the top header.
Select My Plan.
This will take you to your Stripe portal, where you can:
Update your payment method.
View and download invoices and receipts.
See your billing history.
What you can’t do in My Plan
You cannot downgrade your plan since Pimbee only offers All Access.
The only option is to either keep your membership active or cancel it.
Why it matters
Managing your subscription through Stripe keeps your billing secure, transparent, and fully under your control.
Tip: If your payment card expires or is replaced, update it right away in your Stripe portal to avoid losing access.
