Payment Failure Explained

If your payment for Pimbee’s All Access membership fails, your account will automatically lose access to all membership features until the issue is resolved.


When payment fails

  • Pimbee will attempt to charge your saved card on your renewal date.

  • If the card is expired, canceled, or has insufficient funds, the payment will fail.

  • Your account is then moved to the fallback plan, which blocks access to all business details, general deals, exclusive deals, and specials.


How to fix it

  1. Click the user menu at the top header.

  2. Select My Plan.

  3. Open your Stripe portal.

  4. Update your payment method with a valid card.


What happens next

  • Once your payment is successful, your All Access membership is immediately restored.

  • Your collections and saved favorites remain intact while your account is on fallback, so nothing is lost.
