If your payment card changes, expires, or is replaced, you’ll need to update it in Pimbee to keep your membership active.
How to update your payment info
Click the user menu at the top header.
Select My Plan.
This opens your Stripe portal.
In Stripe, choose Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card details and save.
What happens next
Your updated card will be used for your next renewal at $4.99/month.
If your payment had previously failed, All Access is restored immediately once the new card is charged successfully.
Your invoices and payment history remain linked to your account, no matter which card you use.
Why it matters
Keeping your payment info up to date ensures uninterrupted access to business details, general deals, and exclusive member-only offers.
Tip: Update your payment card right away if your bank issues a replacement card so you don’t risk losing access when your membership renews.
