Reporting Inaccurate Deal Info

Pimbee works hard to make sure every deal you see is accurate and up to date. Still, businesses sometimes change their offers, or a deal may expire without notice. If you spot a problem, you can quickly report it so our team can review and fix it.

Examples of deal issues to report

  • A deal has expired but still appears on the page.

  • The discount or details listed do not match what the business is offering.

  • A deal is no longer honored by the business.

  • Incorrect timing, such as the deal being listed for lunch but only offered at dinner.

How to report a deal issue

  1. Go to the business page with the incorrect deal.

  2. Click the Report option.

  3. Select the issue type and add any helpful details.

  4. Submit the report, and Pimbee’s team will review it.

What happens after reporting

  • If the business is claimed, the owner is notified to update the deal.

  • If the business is unclaimed, Pimbee’s team verifies and updates it. All unclaimed deals are also reviewed monthly.
