If you’re having trouble with deals on Pimbee, here’s how to handle it and make sure you don’t miss out.
1. Can’t see deal details?
Only All Access members can view full details of deals, including happy hours, lunch specials, and exclusive offers.
If your membership has expired or payment failed, renew it in My Plan to regain access.
2. Deal looks expired or wrong
All deals on Pimbee are verified by our team.
For claimed businesses, owners keep details updated.
For non-claimed businesses, Pimbee checks and verifies deals at least once per month.
If something looks incorrect, you can report it directly (see below).
3. Trouble redeeming a deal?
For exclusive deals, make sure you show your Pimbee badge to the staff at the business. Screenshots won’t be accepted — you need the live badge from your account.
For general deals, ask the business representative (cashier, server, or manager) to confirm the offer.
4. Report a problem with a deal
Use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner to quickly report any issues.
Select the option to report a deal, describe the problem, and our team will review it.
You can also use the Contact Us form if needed.
Tip: Always check the deal’s terms and conditions on its details page before heading out. Some deals may have day, time, or purchase requirements.
