Your personal information on Pimbee is kept simple and secure. You can update key details in your account settings whenever needed.


How to update personal info

  1. Click the user menu at the top header.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Open the Privacy section.

  4. Choose Update Personal Info.

  5. Make your changes and save.


What you can update

  • First name

  • Phone number (optional, used to send special birthday or celebration rewards)


Important details

  • Your nickname is public, but your first name and email are private.

  • Your phone number is never shared with other users or businesses.

  • All information you provide is covered by Pimbee’s privacy-first policies.


Why it matters
