How to Deactivate Account

Pimbee does not currently offer a way to temporarily deactivate your account. Instead, you have two options depending on what you want to do:


Option 1: Cancel your membership

  • If you only want to stop your All Access membership, you can cancel it from the My Plan screen.

  • You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • After that, your account will move to the fallback plan, and you’ll lose access to all deal and business details.

  • Your account and profile will remain active, so you can sign back in anytime.


Option 2: Delete your account

  • If you want to completely leave Pimbee, you can permanently delete your account.

  • This removes all of your information, collections, and reviews.

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.


Why it matters

We keep things simple. Instead of temporary deactivation, you can either pause by canceling your membership or permanently close your account if you no longer wish to use Pimbee.


Tip: If you’re unsure, cancel your membership instead of deleting. This way you can return to Pimbee later without losing your profile and history.
