If you’re having trouble with your Pimbee password, here’s how to reset or update it so you can get back into your account.
1. Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address linked to your Pimbee account.
Check your inbox for the password reset email.
Follow the link to create a new password and then log in again.
2. Updating your password
Go to your user menu → Settings → Update Password.
Enter your current password, then choose a new one.
Pimbee will send a confirmation email to verify the change.
3. Password tips
Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use anywhere else.
Avoid easy-to-guess details like names, birthdays, or simple sequences.
4. Didn’t receive the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure the email on your account is correct by going to user menu → Settings → Update Email.
If you still don’t see it, use the chat widget to get help.
5. Need more help?
Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner. It’s smart and often provides instant answers.
