Keeping Your Account Secure

Your Pimbee account is the key to accessing deals, saving favorites, and messaging businesses. Keeping it secure ensures your information and activity stay protected.


1. Use a strong password

  • Create a password that’s unique and not used on other sites.

  • Avoid easy-to-guess details like birthdays or names.


2. Update your password regularly

  • You can change your password anytime by going to the user menu → Settings → Update Password.

  • When you update your password, Pimbee will send you an email verification to confirm the change.


3. Keep your email secure

  • Your Pimbee account is linked to your email, so protecting your inbox is just as important.

  • Enable email security features (like two-step verification from your email provider).


4. Monitor your activity

  • If you ever notice unusual activity, update your password immediately.

  • Contact Pimbee support through the chat widget if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.


Important detail

  • Your nickname (public username) cannot be changed once it’s set at sign-up. Be sure to choose something you’re comfortable with before finalizing your account.


Why it matters

Your account is where your saved favorites, reviews, and membership access live. Protecting it ensures your Pimbee experience remains safe and uninterrupted.


Tip: Change your password right away if you receive a Pimbee password reset email that you didn’t request.
