  • Billing and payment issues are prioritized, but all requests are reviewed promptly.


2. Types of requests

  • Billing or payment issues are given priority.

  • Bug reports or deal/business problems may take longer to resolve since they often require verification, but you’ll still get a reply within 24 hours.


3. Follow-up

  • You’ll receive updates directly in the chat widget if you submitted through it.

  • If you used the Contact Us form, updates will come to your email.


Tip: Always check the chat widget first before opening a ticket — in many cases, it already has the solution waiting for you.
