f you ever have questions about your Pimbee billing, you can find answers directly in your account or by contacting our support team through the chat widget.


Where to check your billing details

  • Go to the user menuMy Plan.

  • In your Stripe portal, you can:

    • View your membership status.

    • Check your next renewal date.

    • Download invoices and receipts.

    • Update your payment method.


Common billing questions

  • When am I charged?

    After your 30-day trial, billing renews automatically every month at $4.99.

  • What if my card fails?

    Your account is downgraded to the fallback plan, and you lose access until a valid payment method is added.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Pimbee does not issue refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are only considered if there is a confirmed platform error.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but you will keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

If you need help or believe there has been a billing error:

  1. Click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

  2. Start a conversation and request a support ticket.

  3. A Pimbee representative will review your issue and respond.
