If you can’t find the answer you need, reaching Pimbee support is quick and simple.


1. Use the chat widget

  • Open the chat widget at the bottom-right of your screen.

  • The widget is smart and already loaded with answers to most common questions.

  • If the widget can’t solve your issue, you can request to connect with a support representative.


2. Contact form

  • If you prefer, go to the Contact Us page.

  • Fill out the support form with your details and question.

  • A support ticket will be created for you.
