Fixing Billing Issues

Billing issues can happen, whether it’s confusion about charges, invoices, or renewals. Here’s how to resolve them quickly.


1. Check your billing details

  • Go to the user menu → My Plan.

  • Open your Stripe portal to view all billing history.

  • Here, you can see your past payments, upcoming renewal dates, and download invoices.


2. Common billing questions

  • Why was I charged?

    After your free 30-day trial, your All Access membership renews automatically every month at $4.99.

  • Why do I see multiple charges?

    This usually means a failed attempt was retried. Check your invoices in Stripe for details.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Pimbee does not issue refunds unless there is a confirmed platform error.


3. How to resolve billing problems

  • Confirm your billing details in your Stripe portal.

  • If something looks off, use the chat widget to start a support request.

  • You can also use the Contact Us form for more detailed issues.


4. What to expect

  • Most billing issues can be solved quickly by checking your Stripe invoices.

  • If you submit a support ticket, Pimbee will review the situation and respond with clarification or next steps.
