• Incorrect business hours (open/close times don’t match reality).

• Wrong location or address.

2. Claimed vs non-claimed businesses

• Claimed businesses: The owner actively manages and updates their page. Most issues should be resolved quickly once reported.

• Non-claimed businesses: Pimbee verifies their details once a month to ensure accuracy. You’ll see a note on their page showing when information was last checked.

3. How to report an issue

• On any business page or deal page, scroll down and look for the Report This Deal or Report This Business button.

• Click the button, describe what’s wrong, and submit.

• Alternatively, you can also use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner to report problems.
