Understanding Invoices

Pimbee makes it easy to view and download your invoices through your My Plan screen, which connects to your Stripe portal.


How to view your invoices

  1. Click the user menu at the top header.

  2. Select My Plan.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of your Stripe portal to see Invoice History.

  4. Click any invoice to view or download it as a receipt.


What invoices include

  • The billing period your payment covers.

  • The amount charged ($4.99/month).

  • The payment method used.

  • Status of the payment (successful or failed).


Why it matters

Invoices provide a clear record of your membership charges and make it easy to keep track of your expenses or submit receipts for reimbursement.


Tip: Download your invoices after each renewal if you like to keep a personal record.
