If you’re having trouble logging in to Pimbee, here are some steps you can take to quickly resolve the issue.
1. Check your login details
Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password used when signing up.
Remember that your nickname is public but cannot be used to log in — you must use your email.
2. Reset your password if needed
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page.
Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
Once updated, log in again using your new credentials.
3. Confirm your email address
If you recently signed up, check your inbox for the Pimbee verification email.
You’ll need to confirm your email to access your account.
4. Clear cache or try another browser
Sometimes cached data can block logins. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.
5. Check membership status
If your All Access membership expired or payment failed, your account reverts to the fallback plan.
You can still log in, but you’ll lose access to deals and details until your membership is reactivated.
