Fixing Login Problems

If you’re having trouble logging in to Pimbee, here are some steps you can take to quickly resolve the issue.


1. Check your login details

  • Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password used when signing up.

  • Remember that your nickname is public but cannot be used to log in — you must use your email.


2. Reset your password if needed

  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page.

  • Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.

  • Once updated, log in again using your new credentials.


3. Confirm your email address

  • If you recently signed up, check your inbox for the Pimbee verification email.

  • You’ll need to confirm your email to access your account.


4. Clear cache or try another browser

  • Sometimes cached data can block logins. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.


5. Check membership status

  • If your All Access membership expired or payment failed, your account reverts to the fallback plan.

  • You can still log in, but you’ll lose access to deals and details until your membership is reactivated.


6. Still can’t log in?

  • Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

  • The widget is smart and packed with information — it may instantly provide the answer you need.

  • If you still need help, request a support ticket directly through the widget.

  • You can also go to the Contact Us page and fill out the support form.


Tip: Always keep your email address current in your account settings so you don’t miss important login or reset emails.
